The year is 2075. War globally has been occurring on and off since 1914, however WW3 and the wars post this, began in 2030 after rising tensions between the world nations. Due to technological advancements in AI and other privately owned domains, chronic surveillance of every civilian has occurred, and the information gathered is available to government agencies hired to track suspicious behaviors and hold hostage those that may be a danger to their government. Access to websites not officially created by government programs is illegal, and will be tracked if on a public network.

Due to high tensions and high surveillance the emergence of secretive communes have become more popular, despite their high illegality. These illegal websites, despite what governing bodies will state, are constructed to aid human survival outside of encased slavery that governments have begun to trap public civilians in. This slavery includes forced labour, incarceration, conscription, and forced prostituition for birthing/private pleasure for government officials.
